what?........ wait. WHAT?

This is what I woke up to this morning.

This is just wrong. It hurts every fiber of my being. It was in the 80s a few days ago!

Now look. I'm sure it was much colder over night but how can it be 25 degrees? I have HOSTAS comeing up! I don't know why this comes as such a surprise. In February I had this conversation with the boys.
T2 "Will it be warm enough in March to go swimming?"
Mom "NO!, it's still winter in part of March"
T2 "How 'bout April, that's spring right?"
Mom (in my best matronly voice) "No sweetheart, I've seen it snow in April many, many times."
T1 and T2 "NUUUHH UHH!"
Mom "yup"

So why does this hurt so bad? I had already accustomed myself to shorts and t-shirts. I had already started putting winter clothing to the back of the closet, and the flip flops have already made an appearance.

And now they have snow on them. If you'll recall, I posted on the first day of March about how badly I hate winter. So when the 80 degree days started happening, I said "BRING IT ON!". hmmmm, how soon I forget. Our 10 day forcast here isn't looking much better. A week of 40-50 degree days with a chance of rain almost every day. At least it's not plant killin' weather.

So wear a coat over your Easter dress tomorrow girls!

Hey! There you are, I've found you. :)
LOL, I made the switch to blogspot also. It's just so much easier to use. (You may remember me, Wisdom Home Academy and It can happen in your local schools)
Nice to catch up with you. I COMPLETELY relate with your cold weather. The past week has been freezing (literally) here but the week before that I was laying out for sun, planting flowers, wearing flip flops, etc....

Brrr.... bring on the sun!

Oh! Also... is there a way to make a friends list on this blog? I would love to add you so we can keep in touch.

It's awful, isn't it?! We bought the Littles a sand and water table (sort of for Easter) and we haven't even shown it to them yet since they can't use it. I suppose it could be a sand and ice table...sigh.

At least the sun is out today up here, how about down there?
