Well, sounds like a challenge to me!
I didn't write Happy Dawali but I did manage to get their names on them! I could have done more with a better pen. No matter... the kids were suitably impressed.
Looking at those pictures makes me think 2 things:
A) seeing their names on the pieces of rice make me think about when I found out I was pregnant with them. They were no bigger than those grains of rice that bare their names.
B) Man, my hands are dry!
I did crochet a kerchief today but it's on my head. It's late and it's really hard to get a picture of one's head so you'll have to imagine it.
I'm freezing and sleepy so good night all!

I am impressed. It would not occur to me to try that and then I would not have been able to find anything to write with other than a blown-out Sharpe.
Let's see the kerchief! Put it on a kid for the photo, haha.
You just struck gold, sister! Do you know how much they charge for that at the Buckwheat Festival? It's $5 just for the grain of rice with your name on it and then another $10 for the little glass vial that magnifies it and then another $5 for the cord to wear the vial around your neck. Two or three county fairs, and college is paid for!
You're kidding. Really? Hmmm,, contemplating another hairbrain scheme.
