Here's one of the Valentine's Cards the boys and I made for Co-op on Tuesday. They stamped the paper, folded the cards and I crocheted the heart pins to attach to the front. After the card is long forgotten a little pin for your coat or sweater will remain!
Clever? yes.
Time consuming? Way more than I thought! I had to make 60 of those little devils! I won't do that again! Why do I do this to myself? Don't get me wrong, I LOVE doing it but I always get in over my head with my grandiose ideas.
The boys will probably never want to touch another stamp again. They filled 30 pieces of card stock with pretty Valentiney things. Then we used the paper cutter to cut the pieces in half. Next we folded them and started the assembly line of signing!
I call that "handwriting lesson" for the day don't you?
Well, I only have a few minutes more to get this posted before the midnight deadline for the Thing-a-day challenge.
Today's post is brought to you by GMAC Real Estate.

so pretty!
I totally forgot that was coming up! You won't see anything so special from my guys.. but then you wouldn't have even if I remembered a week ago! LOL
So pretty! I can't believe you got the boys to participate in making those. I would have to threaten K's life! :)
Those are so pretty and a unique idea!!
It's really been bothering me that my kids have no one to exchange Valentine's with this year, or take birthday cupcakes ON their birthday to school. *SIGH*
I'm going to have to find a group to do something with next year I think.
**I was in your area yesterday, had to drop the dd in Hurricane so the hubby & I came down to SONIC and the mall for an hour or so**
